Suspected Herdsmen Kill 18 In Adamawa

No fewer than 18 persons have been reportedly killed after suspected Fulani herdsmen attacked Dowayan village in Demsa Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

According to Channels TV, the attackers stormed the village around 8pm on Friday. Several houses were burnt and properties destroyed, with many others injured.

Numan, Demsa and Girei Local Governments Areas in Adamawa State have previously been attacked by gunmen suspected to be herdsmen.
