According to The Cable, a resident, who simply identified himself as Nduka, said the operation is taking place at 4th Avenue.
“They have been shooting for over one hour now, and none of the security agencies has come to our rescue,” he said.
“This is the second time in the year that they will attack 4th Avenue.”

It was learnt that the attackers invaded the town through the waterways.
