Tribunal gives APC 4 more days to inspect Akwa Ibom election materials

The counsel to the APC had earlier complained that INEC denied them access to the election materials.

Before now the PDP and INEC opposed the APC’s application claiming the APC did not state the facts correctly.

Earlier at the proceedings, the APC alleged that there were hijackings of election materials by top members of the PDP.

After granting the extension, the tribunal adjourned to July 23 for further hearing.
