Two Million Friends Of Orji Kalu Jostle For ‘Merry Christmas’ Cash Gift On Facebook

Over two million Facebook friends of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu are currently competing for some undisclosed amounts of money designated as ‘Christmas token’.

The senator representing Abia north in the National Assembly had earlier on his verified Facebook page announced that the contest would begin at 11am Saturday. According to him, 300 persons would be credited with some cash if they were successful in the contest.

At exactly 11am, the former Abia governor announced on his Facebook page, “It is 11am and we shall begin. As I said earlier, this token has no relationship with my constituency project.

“It is a simple way of wishing as many people as possible merry Christmas. Some may need it, others may not need it. If you want to know my performance as the senator representing Abia north senatorial zone, please ask anyone from my zone. I have performed beyond many people’s expectations.”

On the contest, Orji wrote, “To be a beneficiary of this give-away, kindly type the name of the senator representing Abia north senatorial zone. If you succeed in repeating the name three times with no interruption from another person, you can then attach your preferred account details and you will be credited immediately.

“Please note that the names must not be in a single comment but three different comments.”
