Prophet Joshua had said, “Ten days ago, I saw the new President of America with a narrow win. The new President will be facing several challenges over many issues, including: passing bills, attempts to possibly pass a vote of no confidence on the new President. The boat of the new President will be rocked. By the way, in order not to keep you in suspense, what I frankly saw is a woman.”
However, Trump won the elections, defeating Clinton in key states of Florida, North Carolina and Ohio.
Reacting to the development, the aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan Reno Omokri via his twitter handle @renoomokri said, “Dear TB Joshua. Who gave you your prophecy? My God is not a man that He would lie neither is He the son of man that He would repent!”

Also, a social media activist, Akom Akom said the outcome of the result shows that some men of God need to review their calling.
“Am I dreaming? Trump leading Clinton? But I thought our prophet said the Democrats candidate would win? This shows that some men of God were not actually called. I am ashamed,” he said.
Another activist, Seun Ladoke said the prophet has not only goofed but disgraced Christianity, “The man of God just proved to us that he is not what he wants us to believe he is. He just disgraced Christendom. I am yet to believe his prophecy just missed the target.”
Similarly, one Apeh Peter said the man of God either did not hear well or spoke from human angle, “The last time I checked, God cannot lie and has never lie. I am sure the prophet only spoke from human angle and not the mind of God. My God cannot lie,” he tweeted.
Another @aunty_ifeoma tweeted, “I sincerely wish prophet TB Joshua’s prediction comes true oo. He said he saw a woman abi is Trump a woman?”
