We’re Saddened By Trump, Wife’s Covid-19 Status – China
–Wishes Them Speedy Recovery
The Chinese Government says it is optimistic that United States President’ Donald Trump, and his wife, Melania, will recover from the coronavirus.

Trump had on Friday disclosed that he and his wife contracted the virus.
White House officials also stressed that the President would work as normal but within his place of isolation.
In a tweet on Friday, China’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson, Hua Chunying, stated that Beijing was sad about the news on Trump’s Covid-19 status.
She said that the Chinese Government wished Trump and his wife, full recovery.

“Saddened to learn #President and the #FirstLady of the #US tested positive.
“Hope they both have a speedy recovery and will be fine,” she said.
China and the U.S. is at loggerheads on a number of issues, ranging from Covid-19 to global trade among others.
