Wizkid Hints On Release Of Fifth Album

One of Nigeria’s most decorated Afro-beat singer and songwriter, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, known professionally as Wizkid, has hinted on the release of his fifth studio album.

Taking to his Instagram Story, the super star shared an animation of himself looking at a gallery that has the collection of his four albums while his gaze was fixated on a fifth blank plate that has a question mark ‘?’.

The artist however, did not drop details of the album, but fans are of the view that the artist is either contemplating or working on his fifth studio album.

The star who is still filled with the intense joy of the success of ‘Made In Lagos’ (MIL) had on Tuesday teased his fans concerning his fifth album.

THE WHISTLER reported that Wizkid’s ‘MadeInLagos’ Album had on 23rd March moved up to 369 position on the United States iTunes top albums, as it rose 992 spots up and Number one on Nigeria iTunes.

‘MadeInLagos’ which has 14 tracks was released on October 30, 2020 by Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records.

It featured guest appearances from British artists Skepta and Ella Mai, American R&B singer H.E.R., Jamaican artists Projexx and Damian Marley, and Nigerian artists Burna Boy, Tems, Tay Iwar and Terri.
