Wizkid, Olamide Hint On Music Collaborations

Nigerian music stars Ayodeji Balogun aka Wizkid and Olamide Adedeji aka Baddo, on Wednesday, hinted of possible musical collaborations between them.

The popular musicians took to their social media pages to reveal the musical collaboration, leaving their fans to wonder when the track will drop.

This was first revealed by the YBNL boss Olamide on his Instagram handle when he posted a picture of Wizkid in his studio with a write up.

He wrote: “Wiz came to bless some beats for me.”

Some minutes later, Starboy Entertainment front-liner, Wizkid, tweeted that he and Olamide have been in the studio all day.

He wrote: “Serious matter! RT @wizkidayo: Baddo x Starboy! Locked in the studio all day!!!”

The hint has aroused series of responses from fans and celebrities alike who were elated that the two stars are probably making new music together.

@R_habeeb14 wrote, “Something big for two kings.”

This might be their third collaboration since they began their individual music careers. The two had come together on hit tracks ‘Ori Mi’ in 2017 and ‘Omo to Shan’ back in 2013.

Internationally, Wizkid came into limelight in 2015 when his hit song ‘Ojuelegba’ was remixed by American rapper Drake, subsequently leading to a Grammy nomination when he collaborated with the same artist on ‘One Dance’.

Olamide, known as the voice of the streets, has seven albums in his seven-year long career and is currently thriving on the success of his song ‘Science Student’.
