UK-based Nigerian Doctor and Twitter influencer, Dr Harvey Olufunmilayo has advised ladies who are planning to have sex on valentine’s day not to wait until Sunday February 14 to shave.

Olufunmilayo in a twitter post on Thursday addressing warned that women should not risk themselves of Sexually Transmitted Disease by waiting till Sunday morning and then hang their legs on sink to shave.

According to him, this could lead to micro-cuts, making it very easy to get infected with an STD.

He added that the most ideal while shaving is to use a shaving cream, adding that “if you don’t have that, the next best thing is to use a shaving stick 3-5 days before the day you plan to have sex.”

But on a serious note, ladies and gents:

In reaction to his post, some Nigerians boasted on how prepared they are for the moment as they all flaunted their newly Purchased shaving cream while others claimed they are preparing for a waxing session.
