The governor spoke on Wednesday during the launch of the civilian joint task force (CJTF) ‘super camp’ in Chabbal, Konduga Local Government Area, where a list of key wanted Boko Haram members was unveiled.

They included the elusive Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, Abu Musa Al Barnawi, Modu Sulum, Malkam Umar, Bello Husba, Yan Kolo, Ibrahim Abu Maryam, Baka Kwasari, Bana Gonna, Mohammed Abu Maryam, Abu Imma, and Abu Dardda.

Zulum said, “For those that are still in the bush terrorising innocent lives and properties, I am still calling on them to surrender.

“You are killing your brothers and sisters, destroying our structures that are built using money from your forefather,” Zulum said.
