Court Remands Nnamdi Kanu In Kuje Prison

Kanu was arraigned in court on Wednesday alongside two others – Benjamin Madubugwu and David Nwawuisi.

Justice James Tsoho who ordered the remand of the accused, overruled the request of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Mohammed Diri, for an order further remanding them in the custody of the Department of States Service (DSS).

He therefore asked the court to send Kanu to prison so that his family could have access to him.
