APC Disowns 2025 Congresses Timetable

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disowned a purported timetable for nationwide congresses circulating on social media, describing it as fake news.

In a press statement issued on Sunday, signed by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the APC said it had not released nor authorised any “APC 2025 Schedule of Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities.”

“The attention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been drawn to ‘APC 2025 Schedule of Nationwide Congresses and Related Activities’ widely in circulation on social media.

“Our great Party wishes to clarify that the purported Schedule of Activities for Congresses was neither made nor authorised by the Party, and should be disregarded as fake news,” the statement read.

Morka urged party members, supporters, and the general public to rely solely on official communication channels of the APC for authentic information regarding its programmes and activities.

He reaffirmed that any official decisions or schedules concerning party congresses would be duly announced by the National Working Committee (NWC) through verified platforms.
