Opinion: Abia Leadership Academy: Otti’s Bold Investment In The Soul Of Nigeria

Since the inauguration of the administration of His Excellency, Dr. Alex Otti, the Executive Governor of Abia State, the State has returned decisively and irreversibly to the national limelight.
