BBNaija S10: Zita Dethrones Koyin To Reclaim Head Of House For Second Time

Zita, a 24-year-old Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, has, for the second time, dethroned a fellow contestant to emerge Head of House, seizing the crown from Koyin barely 24 hours into his reign.

The Monday afternoon HOH challenger featured familiar finalists like Faith, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Kola, Koyin and Zita, who had all battled through to the final rounds on Sunday.

After a tense contest, Zita outlasted her rivals, snatching the title from Koyin and asserting her growing influence in the house.

For her new reign, Zita chose Kola as her guest to share the exclusive HOH lounge benefits. This marks her second coup in the house, having previously snatched the title from Doris in Week Four. Then, she selected Rooboy as her lounge companion, a choice that underscored her strategic closeness with him.

Koyin, whose reign was short-lived, had only on Sunday claimed the HOH crown after edging out Faith, Bright Morgan, Thelma Lawson, Kola, and Zita in a two-part competition. He had selected Jason Jae as his lounge partner, but his tenure ended abruptly with Zita’s comeback victory.

Earlier on Monday, Koyin read out the week’s brief, unveiling the theme, “Flying Solo”. Housemates are expected to embark on a journey of self-discovery while working in pairs to prepare cultural presentations on selected Nigerian states.

The success of the wager will determine the group’s food supply for the coming week, and with tensions already brewing, it’s anyone’s guess how smoothly that will go.

Meanwhile, Faith was named the Most Influential Player for week 7, a twist that secured him automatic immunity from eviction this week, further intensifying the game dynamics as the season edges closer to its final weeks.
