BREAKING: Presidency Confirms Gambari’s Appointment As Buhari’s Chief Of Staff

The presidency has confirmed the appointment of professor Ibrahim Gambari as President Muhammadu Buhari’s new Chief of Staff.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, confirmed the appointment on Wednesday.

Gambari, a renowned diplomat and former Minister of External Affairs, replaces Buhari’s erstwhile Chief of Staff, Abb Kyari, who recently died from complications related to Coronavirus (COVID-19) .

Mustapha announced the 75-year-old’s appointment at the commencement of Wednesday’s Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.
