The vice presidential candidate of the NDC, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, has met with the party’s National Leader, Henry Seriake Dickson, in Abuja, where they discussed recent political developments and preparations ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a statement shared on Tuesday, Kwankwaso said he was pleased to receive Dickson at his residence and used the opportunity to brief him on the consultations and engagements he had undertaken across the North West states.
According to Kwankwaso, the consultations were highly productive and yielded encouraging outcomes, expressing confidence that the party continues to gain support across the region.
He also disclosed that Dickson confirmed the successful submission of his nomination documents and announced that his name had been officially uploaded on the Independent National Electoral Commission portal as the NDC’s vice presidential candidate alongside the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
