Trouble In Paradise As Kiddwaya Announces Breakup With Erica 4 Months After BBNaija Show

Former housemate in the Big Brother Naija ‘lockdown edition’, Kiddwaya has confirmed that the relationship between him and his girlfriend, Erica, has ended barely four months after they left the house.

Kiddwaya and Erica had met during season 5 of the reality TV show and got involved in a romantic affair.

The lovebirds seemed to remain close even after the show, as they had openly flaunted their relationship on social media.

But Kiddwaya recently sparked reactions on social media after he revealed in an interview in January that, “I don’t think I have a love life. I think I have a life and I am trying to find love.”

The remark made their fans to suspect that their relationship could be facing some challenges.

Kiddwaya has, however, cleared the speculations surrounding he and Erica’s relationship during a question and answer session he hosted on his Instagram on Thursday.

He said, “I feel like I need to explain myself here! So, listen up carefully. She was my girlfriend at the time, and I didn’t want people to be too involved… I wanted it to be private that’s why I said what I said. And sadly, my words got twisted and it brought a lot of drags! Positive vibes from now on pls,”

Meanwhile, Erica recently endorsed a tweet by an actor, Don Mike, which stated that she no longer had any business with Kiddwaya.

Don Mike wrote, “Let’s be clear. Erica has no business with him. Stop linking her with him or whatever he does.” Erica, fondly called star girl by her fans, endorsed the post by liking it.

Many people had high hopes that Kiddwaya and Erica’s relationship could lead to marriage, owing to the fact that Kiddwaya’s billionaire father, Terry Waya, had consented to their relationship. Also, Erica had met with Kiddwaya’s mother, Susan.

Terry had said in an interview that if they got married, he would hold two luxury Versace-themed wedding for them.
