A’lbom Govt Recruits 3,000 Workers

The Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno, has approved the recruitment of 3,000 personnel into the State Civil Service.

The recruitment exercise will be conducted through the official State Employment Portal.

The information was disclosed in an official statement by the honourable commissioner for science and Digital services. Dr. Frank Ekpenyong on Monday.

The statement reads in parts, “The Akwa lbom State Governor, His Excellency Pastor Umo Eno. has approved the recruitment of 3,000 qualified professionals into the State Mainstream Civil Service.

“These appointments span every discipline and cadre—including teachers, nurses, administrators, engineers, scientists, state counsels, technicians. accountants, agriculturalists, and many more.”
