EFCC Files Charges Against Akwa Ibom Governor, NBA President

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has filed fraud charges against the Akwa Ibom governor, Emmanuel Udom, and several members of his cabinet. Mr Udom was charged in a case involving the president of the Nigeria Bar Association, Paul Usoro. The governor is however covered by constitutional immunity.
