President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, approved the deployment of four of the newly-appointed Ambassadors-Designate.Recall that Buhari, on Thursday, January 12th 2017, sent to the Senate a revised list of 46 non-career ambassadors he was nominating for confirmation.
The Senate on March 23rd, approved the nomination of 45 of the nominees.
In a series of tweet via his twitter handle, Buhari said the four ambassadorial deployment was with immediate effect.
He thereafter wished the new ambassadors the best in “their new assignment”.
