Kambili: The whole 30 yards – December 4

Kambili Maduka, is an irresponsible, spoiled, spendthrift 28-year-old woman who is turning 29 in a few days. The only thing on her mind is to get married before she turns 30. However, after getting suspended from work due to her incessant lateness, she goes on a date with her boyfriend and he breaks up with her, dashing her hopes of getting married before 30. She decides that what she needs to do is prove to her boyfriend that she can be everything he wants her to be, which is; responsible, driven, focused and wife material.

Quam’s money – DECEMBER 11

Quam’s Money follows the adventures of security guard-turned-millionaire ‘Quam’ played by Folarin ‘Falz’ Falana as he navigates the world with his newfound wealth. The star-studded movie features some of Nollywood’s favourites including, Nse Ikpe Etim, Williams Uchemba, Toni Tones, Jemima Osunde, Blossom Chukwujekwu, Michelle Dede, Karibi Fubara and Buchi Ojeh.

Nneka the pretty serpent – December 18

Following the success of Living in Bondage: Breaking Free, the producer has remade 1992 film, Nneka The Pretty Serpent. The story follows Nneka, a mermaid disguised as a human, whose mission on earth was to destroy promiscuous married men. The movie was produced by Okechukwu Ogunjiofor and directed by Zeb Ejiro in 1992.

Omo Ghetto: The Saga – December 25th

Omo Ghetto – The Saga is a sequel to one of Funke’s popular movies telling the stories of Taiwo and Kehinde, one who is rich and classy and the other who grew up in the ghetto. Omo Ghetto (The Saga) same as the prequel is a story that follows Lefty and her friends, Nikky, Busty, and Chummy Choko in Askamaya Ghetto. The plot is woven around a set of twins who are separated at birth and are living completely different lives. The film will star Funke Akindele-Bello (as Lefty) alongside, Chioma Akpotha (as Chummy Choko), Eniola Badmus (as Busty), Bimbo Thomas (as Nikky), Akah Nnani (as Mario), Alex Ekubo (Obi Wire), Zubby Michael (as Aza Man), Deyemi Okanlawon (as Stone), Timini Egbuson, Nancy Isime, Paschaline Alex, Mercy Aigbe among others.

MIMI – December 25
Mimi is a delightful family movie which tells the story of a daughter of a billionaire, Mimi despises poverty and poor people so much which led her parents to intervene by teaching her a lesson. However, the story takes a drastic turn as Mimi finds out her parent might actually not be her biological parent.
