The Citizens Advocacy for Social & Economic Rights (CASER) has resolved to hold the Federal Government of Nigeria responsible for the intractable violence by Fulani Herdsmen against innocent Nigerian citizens.

CASER in a statement by Frank Tietie, Executive Director, Citizens Advocacy for Social & Economic Rights (CASER), said it was shocked beyond belief at the violent breach of the fundamental human right to life that has been recently committed by Fulani Herdsmen against the people of Southern Kaduna within the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“Unless within 14 days into the New Year and the Federal Government of Nigeria fails to condemn in strongest terms together with taking sincere and concerted steps in preventing further attacks by genocidal Fulani Herdsmen against the people of Southern Kaduna and other Nigerian tribes, especially minorities, CASER shall take steps to hold the Federal Government of Nigeria responsible for criminal negligence of state duty to its citizens,” the statement read.
