VIDEO: Mentally-Challenged Man Swims Inside Waste Water In Enugu
A popular mad man in Nsukka, Enugu State, was seen on Thursday afternoon, swimming inside garbage water and turning it into a swimming pool at the university town.
The swimming “skills” of the mentally-challenged man attracted attention from passers-by, who marvel at how he seemed to enjoy himself inside the dirty water flowing from a car-wash into a gutter.

A food vendor around the area, Mama Nkechi, said, “He swims very well. He comes here at least four times in a week. He is not harmful.
“He has a very good swimming skill. He has been mad for a long time. He smiles at everybody.”
A passerby said, “He is a beauty to behold. He has a friend who molests women.”
The man, in his late twenties, wore jeans shorts as swimming pants. He also kept his cash, in fifty naira notes, by the side of the pool. He swam for about an hour, collected his notes and waved goodbye to the onlookers.
