“We are excited to have the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, @MBuhari at the #NBA2020AGC,” it tweeted.

According to the NBA’s President, Paul Nsoro, the conference will serve as a platform for the influx of ideas.

“It’s going to be a virtual conference that there will be boring moment, it also going to get into the annual books as historical, epoch-making annual general conference,” he said.

Also, Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo, former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Chief Justice of Nigeria, Tanko Muhammad, and former Anambra Governor, Peter Obi, are among the speakers at the conference.

Over the week, the NBA had dis-invited the Governor Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna State from speaking at the conference.

This led to criticisms from certain blocs of the NBA.

The conference is scheduled to hold between 26 and 29 August, 2020.
