Kaduna: Gunmen Kill 19 At Wedding Reception
Some gunmen have reportedly killed 19 people and left many injured during an attack on Kukum Daji village in Kaura Local Government, Kaduna State.
The attack occurred at about 10 p.m on Sunday night.

The assailants invaded the village with guns and other weapons, reports The Nation.
The report quoted the head of the development association in the village, Yashen Titus, as saying the victims were killed at a wedding after party in the village.
“The attackers were heavily armed. 17 people died instantly from gunshots.
“32 other people who sustained various degrees of injury were rushed to the hospitals, but unfortunately, two of them died in the hospital.

“As I speak, some of the villagers are still missing and we don’t know their state. We cannot even search deep into the bush because security agents had not been deployed to the community yet,” said Titus.
