Lagos Gov’t Says 2,115 Covid-19 Cases Yet To Report For Admission

The Lagos State government has said 2,115 confirmed coronavirus cases are yet to be admitted in its isolation Centres because they have not reported themselves.

The commissioner for health, Akin Abayomi, said this in a series of tweets on Saturday.

According to him, 201 new infections were confirmed in the state on July 9th, 2020 out of a total 1047 tests, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 11891.

So far the state has conducted a total of 46,537 Covid-19 tests.

Team have either fully recovered or positively responding to treatments.

?345 of the cases are currently under isolation in public and private care centres.
