PDP In Disarray, Can’t Stop Buhari In 2019 – Lai

The Minister for Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, says the opposition Peoples Democratic Party do not stand a chance against the All Progressives Congress, in the 2019 general elections.

Speaking while fielding questions from newsmen in Benin on Saturday, the minister said the APC would be victorious in next year’s polls as the opposition party is in “disarray”.

According to him, the APC’s performance in the last three years, is the reason the ruling party will win in 2019.

“I don’t see fear any opposition in the elections. The opposition is in disarray.

“We believe that the people will vote for performance and to that, we are very confident; government has not stopped working. We will continue to work for Nigerians to see.

“Basically, I don’t see any opposition from the PDP, it is a section of the media that has constituted itself to the opposition party.”

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Mr Mohammed chaired the wedding of the son of Edo Commissioner for Budget and Economy Planning, Hajia Mariam Abubakar, in the state capital, today.
