Supreme Court Verdict: Miyetti Allah Congratulates Bello, Says Kogi People Voted Massively For Him
The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MCBAN), Kogi State chapter, has felicitated Governor Yahaya Bello on the reaffirmation of his election victory by the Supreme Court on Monday
The Chairman of MACBAN in Kogi, Wakili Damina, conveyed the herder group’s congratulatory message to Bello in a statement on Tuesday.

Damina said Governor Bello’s court victory was well deserved because the electorate voted massively for him in the election.
“The favourable Supreme Court judgment is expected by the people of the state because the governor was voted for massively in the election,” he said.
The group also thanked the governor for his administration’s support toward herders in the state and pledged to continue to live peacefully with the Kogi people.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court’s affirmation of Bello’s victory followed separate petitions and appeals against the governor’s election by the governorship candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
