10 Lagos State House Officials Test Postive For Covid-19

Ten persons associated with Lagos State House in Marina have tested positive for Coronavirus.

This was disclosed by the state commissioner for health, Akin Abayomi on Thursday.

He however confirmed that the state governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his wife joke, tested negative for the novel coronavirus.

According to him, the governor tested negative for COVID19 following three consecutive tests conducted recently.

The state currently has a total of 1,308 cases As confirmed by the NCDC on Wednesday and had successfully managed and discharged 358 patients from its isolation facilities.

It is however unclear whether the ten positive officials were part of the cases recorded in the state on Wednesday.
