2023 Presidency: Tinubu’s Branded Campaign Bags Of Beans In Circulation

National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Bola Tinubu, has commenced distribution of carefully marked presidential campaign bags of beans to Nigerians.

In a video sighted by THE WHISTLER, thousands of bags of beans bearing Asiwaju for president with an embossed picture could be seen arranged in a large house surrounded by some youths who were ecstatic.

The youths who gathered around the bags of beans could be heard speaking in Yoruba language, Tinubu’s dialect, saying, “Tinubu for President. No one’s mother who will stand against him has been born.”

In April, his branded bags of rice hit Kano metropolis raising eyebrows but he denied it.

Denying in a statement issued by his Media Aide, Tunde Rahman, he had said of the ‘Jagaba’ rice: “We have seen the images being circulated of bags of rice depicting Asiwaju’s face being distributed across parts of the North,” Tinubu said.

“I am not responsible for this initiative but l commend the efforts of the various volunteer groups responsible for this benign act of charity and love for one another, particularly in this Holy month of Ramadan”.

The latest development could not be independently confirmed if indeed he ordered their distribution as attempts to speak with his media aide failed.

Tinubu has seen his presidential aspiration boosted lately with tens of hundreds of political groups endorsing him.

The Lagos State governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, recently launched South West Agenda for Asiwaju, SWAGA, without opposition.

This latest distribution of bags of rice will indeed jolt other contenders for the Nigerian top job even as no one has entered the fray like Tinubu
