Adamawa Assures Health Workers Treating Coronavirus Cases Of Support

The Adamawa State government has assured health workers of continued support.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri stated this on Tuesday when he visited the state isolation centre where 5 out of 17 Coronavirus (COVID-19) were discharged.

Fintiri applauded the effort of the health workers.

With the discharge, the state now has 12 active cases in its isolation centre.

The governor said the five patients were discharged after tests by the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) confirmed them negatively.

He had also prayed for speedy recovery of the patients in isolation centres.
