BBN: Reno Omokri Blasts Nigerian Youths Voting For ‘Sexy’ Housemates Instead Of ‘Good President’
A former presidential aide to Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has berated youths in the country for voting enthusiastically for housemates in the Big Brother Naija reality television show without showing the same zeal for general elections.
The competition which features about 12 to 21 contestants(housemates) in a building is aired on DSTV and GOTV.

It would require viewers to keep voting their choice candidates everyday of the week untill the final person eventually
goes home with millions of naira, among other things.
Omokri claimed that if the youths commit to Nigeria’s elections the way they do BBN, there would be great changes.
Omokri, who is also a constant critic of the Buhari administration, called the BBNaija votes a waste of time.
His tweet reads:

“You have power, but you use it wrongly. Look at the number of votes #BBNaija gets.
“Each month, 4 times more youths vote for a BBNaija housemates than those who voted in 2019.
“Use your votes to Elect a good President, not a sexy housemate!”
