BREAKING: Obasanjo, Yar’Adua, Jonathan Didn’t Achieve What My Govt Achieved in Six Years – Buhari

President Muhammadu Buhari, while addressing Nigerians on the country’s 61st independence anniversary on Friday, said no administration since 1999 could be compared to his in terms of performance.

1999 was when Nigeria returned to democratic rule and the country was successively governed by Olusegun Obasanjo, Musa Yar’Adua and Goodluck Jonathan before Buhari took office in 2015.

He said though the country was faced with myriads of challenges, a lot has been achieved in the last six years, including social care, governance and Nigeria’s place in the international community.

He urged Nigerians to join hands and hearts together in order to preserve the country.
