Buhari Not 100% Fit, Can’t Function Maximally – Political Analyst

Chris Ngwodo, a political analyst, has told AFP that President Muhammadu Buhari lacks the required ability to function owing to his health challenges.

Ngwodo said this in the light of President Buhari’s cancellation of the weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.

“What the latest cancellation of the meeting means is that Buhari does not have the full capacity, in terms of his health, to function,” Ngwodo said.

“I see a picture of somebody who does not have 100 percent fitness. That explains why he’s not been able to function properly.”

The political analyst further expressed fears that the president’s return, after spending 103 days on medical vacation in London, could slow down governance in the country.

“I see a slowdown in governance in Nigeria. This will not augur well for the country, especially at this crucial time,” he said.
