Covid-19 :Lagos Records Half Of Total Infections As Nigeria Confirms 1565 New Cases
On Thursday, Nigeria recorded 1,565 new cases of COVID-19 but Lagos alone confirmed 807 fresh infections.
The new record takes the total cases of infections to 95,934.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 683 individuals were discharged on Thursday, giving a total of 77,982 recoveries so far.
The agency also noted that six persons infected with the virus died on Thursday, which takes the total death toll to 1,330.
The last six days have witnessed the death of 36 persons due to COVID-19 complications while a total of 7,347 new cases have been recorded in the same period.
