Covid-19: US State Medical Board Dismisses Complaint Against Dr Stella Emmanuel’s Hydroxychloroquine Claims

The United States Texas Medical Board has dismissed a complaint against one of America’s Frontline Doctors, Stella Emmanuel.

The Board “is also statutorily charged to receive reports of claims and lawsuits against physicians that are based on allegations of professional liability,” as seen on its website.

A petition was written to the board against Emmanuel.

The claimants argued that she violated medical rules for advocating and prescribing Hydroxychloroquine as a Covid-19 treatment, among others.

Emmanuel floated the board’s statement on her Twitter handle on Wednesday.

It reads in part, “Dear Doctor IMMANUEL: The investigation referenced above has been dismissed because the Board determined there was insufficient evidence to prove that a violation of the Medical Practices Act occurred.

“As such, this complaint has been dismissed without prejudice.

“No further action will be taken concerning this complaint.”

Recall that a group of physicians, including, Emmanuel, had maintained that hydroxychloroquine, zinc and zithromax, were effective in curing covid-19.

But their claims were debunked by the World Health Organisation and America’s Infectious disease expert, Anthony Fauci.

In her tweet, she stressed that she had been vindicated.

“The haters have been defeated and God has showed Himself as my protector and defender,” she stated.
