Happening Now: COVID-19: FEC Approves N8.4bn For Purchase Of 12 Testing Equipment

The Federal Executive Council on Wednesday approved N8.49 billion for the procurement of 12 COVID -19 testing equipment by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.

President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the virtual meeting of the FEC at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The Minister of Health, Dr Osagie Ehanire, sought the approval for the funds on behalf of the NCDC at the session.
