New Boko Haram Leader Unveils Manifesto, Says The War ‘Will Not Stop’

Following the unveiling of new Boko Haram leader by the Islamic State (ISIS), new leader of the insurgent group, Abu Musab al-Barnawi, has reportedly revealed his manifesto.

ISIS in the latest issue of their magazine, Aspire, confirmed the speculations that the Goodluck Jonathan administration did kill Boko Haram ex-leader, Abubakar Shekau.

The new leader has since released a new video, stating his ‘manifesto’.

Abu Musab al-Barnawi, who was identified as ‘Wali’ in a new Youtube video released by the Boko Haram sect, vowed that the insurgent group was not done yet.

The manifesto which was prepared in Hausa language is transcribed thus in part:

“You should know that there is no truce, there is no negotiations, there is no surrender,’

This war between us will not stop.”

Recall that the Boko Haram sect, in early 2015, pledged allegiance to Islamic State, ISIS, in a video release.
