Nigerian Celebrities Exercise Their Civil Rights By Voting

It’s 2019 and that moment where citizens decide a candidate to rule them. Well celebrities are not afraid to get political as they share pictures of themselves participating in the voting process.

Some of celebrities are taking time on their social media handle to sensitize their fans on the on-going presidential election of Saturday, February 23.

While some of them have been involved in the campaign, some are actively involved as they are contestants and contenders in the election.

Below is a list of Nigerian Celebrities that have excercised their civil rights by voting.

Foluke Daramola-Salako is one actress who has been actively involved in the campaign for President Muhammadu Buhari’s re-election bid. She, as early as possible cast her vote and took to her Instagram handle to show off her voter’s card.

Actress and Producer, Omoni Oboli, she has been at her polling unit as early as 6am to cast her vote.

Legendary Nigerian music 2baba Idibia and leader of Vote Not Fight campaign shared a video of himself voting in Festac Town Lagos. He also showed off his voter’s card.

Music star, Tiwa Savage is not left out as she also went out to vote. she took to Twitter to share photo from her polling unit.

Actress Kate Henshaw shared photos of herself on duty as an election observer alongside the former head of state General Yakubu Gowon. She also shared a video of people ready to cast their votes.

Media Personality, Toke Makinwa also Shared a picture of herself at her polling unit.
