NNPC Restores Abule-Egba Pipeline Barely 24hrs After Explosion

The Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mele Kyari has said that Abule-Egba Pipeline in Lagos state has been fully restored and back on stream.

This is coming less than 24 hours after the inferno that caused the death of 5 persons with several others hospitalised.

According to Kyari, Petroleum products are presently flowing from Atlas Cove to Mosimi and also to the Ilorin Depot after the line was shut down to contain the damage on Sunday.

The Corporation urged members of the community to help expose the bad eggs in their midst in other to sustain continuous product streaming on the restored line.
