Ancelotti Accepts FA Misconduct Charge

The Football Association of England have fined Everton  coach, Carlo Ancelotti 8,000 pounds for misconducts after he was shown a red card at the end of the 1-1 home draw with Manchester United.

The coach was shown a red card after he approached referee Chris Kavanagh to protest the cancellation of the last minute Dominic Calvert Lewin’s  goal by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) as an offside goal.

Ancelotti accepted the fine and thus became the first manager to be shown a red card in the  Premier League  and his acceptance of the charge will have him avoid a touchline ban.

The coach however maintained that he was not disrespectful to the referee.
