BREAKING: Appeal Court Grants Stay Of Execution Of Judegment Nullifying Rivers APC Primaries

Appeal court grants stay of execution of judgment nullifying all primaries of the All Progressives Congress in Rivers  state and restraining Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC from fielding the party’s candidates in the forth coming general elections

It will be recalled that INEC had refused to paste the names of APC National Assembly candidates on January 17, citing a court order that the candidates’ names should be removed from the list of those contesting the 2019 general election.
