Breaking: Ban On Flights Extended By Four Weeks– Boss Mustapha

Nigeria has extended the ban on the operation of flights across the country by four weeks.

This was disclosed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, on Wednesday during the briefing of the Presidential Task force on COVID-19.

The aviation industry had been banned form operation since March to contain the spread of the virus.

Airlines globally have been projected by International Air Transport Association (IATA) to lose $113 billion in sales if the Coronavirus continues to spread.

Mustapha however said the minister for aviation, Hadi Sirika, would provide further details on the directive.
