BREAKING: Gunmen Kill 66 In Kaduna On Election Eve

Sixty-six (66) people have been confirmed killed by gunmen in Kajuru local government area of Kaduna state, less than twenty four hours to the conduct of the presidential elections parliamentary elections, the Kaduna state government has disclosed.

In a statement issued by the spokesman to the governor of Kaduna state, Samuel Aruwan, said already, security agencies are on the trail of the assailants.

The statement however did not provide details about where or how the incidence happened but said among the victims were 22 children and 12 women.

It will be recalled that Kaduna is one of the states that make up North West Nigeria and has suffered from several gunmen attacks and crisis which has left so many deaths in its trails among which are the Kasuwan Magani crisis which left 55 people killed on October 18, 2018, gunmen attack in Kutura village, Kajuru Local Government on December 30, left 4 Killed and 7 Injured while some unidentified gunmen invaded Angwan Pah village, Jama’a Local Government killing 14 persons on December 16, 2018, amongst several others.
