Buhari Departs Daura For Abuja

President Muhammadu Buhari has departed his home town, Daura where he spent his Eid el-Kabir break, for the presidential villa, Abuja.

The presidential helicopter with registration no.NAF-540 left the Daura helipad for Abuja at 10.24 a.m.

Accompanying the president on the trip was his immediate family members, Media Aide Garba Shehu, the Chief Security Officer, Bashir Bindawa and members of the protocol unit of the villa.

He was accompanied to the departure point by the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk, politicians, well wishers and security personnel deployed to cover the visit.
