Buhari Receives Fayemi After Winning Ekiti APC Guber Primary
President Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday received Minister of Mines and Steel, and All Progressives Congress’ candidate in Ekiti State, Kayode Fayemi at the State House.
The reception occurred shortly after the weekly Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by President Buhari at the Council Chambers.

Fayemi was accompanied by Nasarawa State Governor, Al-Makura Tanko, who chaired the Primary Election Committee in Ekiti last Saturday.

Recall that the minister had polled 941 votes at the APC primary in Ekiti, beating Segun Oni who scored 481 votes at the primary election.

He will carry the APC flag at the July 14 governorship election in the state.
