China’s Ambassador Dies In Israel

China’s ambassador to Israel, Du Wei, has died at a residence in Tel Aviv surburb, Israel.

This was disclosed on Sunday by an Israeli Police spokesman.

“As part of the regular procedure, police units are at the scene,” the spokesman added.

According to Reuters, the police did not comment on the cause of death of ambassador Du Wei, who was appointed China’s diplomat to Israel in February.

Local broadcasting station Channel 12, citing an unnamed health officials, said that Du may have died in his sleep of natural causes.
