Deji Tinubu Slumps, Dies
Ayodeji Tinubu, special adviser to Lagos state governor Akinwunmi Ambode, has died.
Tinubu slumped and died on Thursday evening while participating in a football match in the Epe area of Lagos State.
The game was organised by the Lagos state government for members of its executive council, at its ongoing cabinet retreat.
The Special adviser was rushed to the Epe General Hospital, where he was confirmed dead.
Tinubu, former Chairman of Lagos State Sports Commission, was recently appointed a special adviser on commerce to the governor.
He is the brother of Wale Tinubu, chief executive officer of Oando.
