Ahmad Salkida, the Journalist who was declared wanted by the Nigerian Army for his alleged connection with the Boko Haram terrorists has accused the Federal Government of ruining his life, adding that his life is now in danger.
Recall that the Nigerian Army declared Salkida wanted in August 2016, alongside two others for allegedly hoarding information which could aid the rescue of the Chibok schoolgirls.
Salkida, who was arrested by the State Security Service upon his arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, few days after the declaration, was however released after interrogations.
He is now alleging that although the government claimed that the incident was a misunderstanding, his life has already been ruined by their actions.
In a series of tweets, the journalist added that not only has his life been ruined, but the lives of members of his family.

What kind of Govt will declare a citizen wanted for doing nothing but journalism, ruined my life and that of my family. Govt just said, 1/2

‘it was a misunderstanding,’ but to hell with you, you are on your own. What kind of Govt will do this to a harmless patriotic citizen? 2/2
