He dismissed the Interlocutory order by Justice Okon Abang of a Federal High court in Abuja that the convention be postponed till September 7.

He emphatically revealed that the party was relying on the judgement of a Federal High court in Port Harcourt on July 4th to proceed with the convention.

The governor, who is also the Chairman of national planning committee of the convention said that the Port Harcourt court’s judgement supersedes justice Abang’s order.

“There is a judgement in Port Harcourt that the convention should go on. Court judgement supersedes the court order, the judgement of 4th July has not been vacated. We don’t disobey court orders as a party”, he said.
